MVS Money Brokers Limited (“MVS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website. This policy explains how personal data may be handled when you visit the website or contact us using the details published on it.

This website does not provide an online contact form or user account. We may receive:
- information you provide when contacting us by email, telephone or fax;
- technical information recorded by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time and diagnostic or security data; and
- information processed by Google when you load or use the embedded map on our Contact page. Google handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use information
Where applicable, we use information to:
- respond to enquiries and communicate with institutional counterparties;
- operate, secure, maintain and troubleshoot the website;
- prevent misuse, fraud or security incidents; and
- meet applicable legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations.
Disclosure and international processing
Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure or support this website, and may be disclosed where required or permitted by law. Some providers, including Google and our hosting provider, may process information outside Sri Lanka. Nothing on this website is a live market quote or confirmation of a transaction. Transaction terms are agreed only through authorised communications between eligible parties and the relevant MVS dealing desk.
