MVS Money Brokers Limited is a licensed money broking company operating within Sri Lanka’s financial markets under the regulatory oversight of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).

As a market intermediary, we connect institutional counterparties seeking to transact in the financial markets. We facilitate the exchange of market information, identify potential counterparties, support price discovery and assist both parties in reaching mutually acceptable transaction terms.

MVS does not accept deposits, provide loans, hold client funds or trade on its own account. Our role is strictly that of a market intermediary, facilitating transactions between institutional buyers and sellers and earning an agreed brokerage fee for the services provided.

Our counterparties include licensed commercial banks, licensed specialised banks, primary dealers and other eligible financial institutions. We support their treasury and dealing operations across three principal market segments:

• Fixed Income Securities
